SPECIAL EXCAVATIONS

Our fleet encompasses among others a broad range of machinery for excavations in small or with limited access spaces in order to adjust to the client’s needs.

FILLING-IN WORKS

We carry out all types of filling-in works by using products of excavations and inert material. We configure your place in a short period by doing our best in order to achieve the best and safest result based on your needs and simultaneously by showing utter respect to the ground’s morphology and environment.

DEMOLITIONS

We carry out any type of demolition (wrecking of buildings and transfer of establishments, renovations and subtractions of inner and outer spaces, demolitions of buildings of high risk, imperturbable cuttings of concrete etc.) by using jackhammer, hydraulic hammers, hydraulic scissors of various tons and by following explicitly all the safety measures.

ROCK EXCAVATIONS / BOULDER REMOVALS

We can do any type of rock excavation as we own professional machinery such as hydraulic breakers up to 6000kg. We undertake the task of removing completely all the rocks of plots and areas in case of the rocks preventing the actualization or development of different other works, having always in mind to show the required respect to the environmental circumstances.

ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS / PAVING OF ROADS

We carry out all types of road constructions and paving of roads in different areas such as roads, squares, sport facilities (arenas), parking areas etc regarding of the ground’s morphology.

CLEANING OF LOTS

Sometimes the configuration of a land is the first step in fulfilling a series of earthworks. The cleaning of lots from wild vegetation and solid waste (debris) is essential on a regular basis and especially during summer not only for health reasons but for fire prevention as well. Our qualified personnel undertake responsibly and reliably the disposal and discarding of debris from the client’s lot. Moreover, with the help of our professional machinery, we clear-cut grasses from your space.

GABIONS: (SERAZANETI METHOD)

Gabions are used a lot in modern, practical and general engineering. They are metal containers made of wire mesh. According to their size, they are divided in chambers of equal size. The chambers are configured with inner bulkheads of the same material and they are filled with natural stones. The in-between dividers do not allow the stones to move from one chamber to the other. That is one of the many reasons why prefabricated gabions are much more beneficial than gabions from mesh coils that are made at the same time the work is done. They are provided prefabricated in the desirable sizes. This way the manufacture’s safety and the promptness of our services are ensured.

DEBRIS BOX RENTALS

We provide boxes of 7 and 8 cubic meters for debris or rubbish and a special truck that carries the boxes in all places of Kassandra. You can do whatever kind of work you want without worrying about the mass of the debris. Get in contact with us and we will come immediately at your place in order to set the boxes, after we discuss firstly about your needs.

INERT MATERIAL

Horticultural soil. The soil can be transferred to your place by a truck (from 5m3 – 15m3) in case of easy access.
